Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R was scheduled to be unveiled at the Kawasaki Bike Week in Indonesia. Unfortunately, that’s not going to happen because the event has been cancelled due to Coronavirus. So, to compensate for that here’s a video of the quarter-litre ZX-25R in action at Jerez.
Kawasaki handed over the ZX-25R to a couple of professional riders. It can be seen in the video that the bike is doing 160 km/h in the 5th gear. This means that it still has some juice left and could go a bit faster in the 6th gear. Remember that the Ninja ZX-25R has a redline of 17,000 rpm! Also, the bike sounds amazing. It is the sound of an in-line 4-cylinder engine – the one-of-a-kind in the 250 cc segment with close to 60 horsepower.
Considering all the information about the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R that we have so far, Indonesia would be the first market to get it. Perhaps, later on, Kawasaki will bring it to the UAE, too. Who wouldn’t like that?
