2025 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA off road

KTM, one of the big names in motorcycle rallying, continues its legacy with the unveiling of the 2025 KTM 450 Rally Replica. This latest iteration represents a significant leap forward, boasting upgrades that enhance both performance and durability.

At the heart of the Rally Replica lies a 450cc single-cylinder engine, drawing inspiration from KTM’s renowned motocross and enduro machines. For 2025, the engine receives a revamped cylinder head, reinforced clutch, and strengthened gearbox. Notably, the new dual radiator layout ensures optimal cooling even in the most demanding conditions.

The chassis sees a redesign with a focus on ruggedness and stability. Laser-cut and hydro-formed steel frame sections, hand-welded in KTM’s Motorsports facility, provide a sturdy foundation. The absence of a traditional subframe is compensated by a self-supporting 16-litre fuel tank, doubling as a structural component. Coupled with front tanks totaling 18.5 liters, the Rally Replica boasts a remarkable fuel capacity of 34.5 liters.

Dynamic handling is achieved through a combination of a hollow, die-cast aluminum swingarm and WP Xact Pro suspension components. The rear shock and front fork ensure smooth navigation over any terrain, with a Scotts steering damper offering added control.
