Here’s a new adventure motorcycle from a Chinese brand that looks pretty interesting. And one of the reasons for that is that it reminds us of another ADV that’s quite capable and popular. Any guesses? Well, it’s the Harley-Davidson Pan America. Don’t you think so?

Anyway, the ADV here is called the MBP T502X. It is from a fairly new Chinese company whose full name is Moto Bologna Passione. Yes, it sounds Italian but it is actually owned by a Chinese brand. Here’s how. See, MBP has been founded by the Keeway group whose parent company is none other than QJ Motor, a Chinese motorcycle giant. So yeah, you can do the math.

Coming back to the MBP T502X, it does have quite an interesting design that will sure turn heads. It is powered by a 486cc parallel twin engine that makes slightly over 47 horses and 43 Nm of torque. It has a top speed of 160 kph.

The motorcycle runs on 19-in front and 17-in rear wire spoke wheels wearing Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres. For the suspension, the front has USD forks whereas the rear is a monoshock. As for the weight, the MBP T502X tips the scale at 195 kg dry.
