Harley-Davidson launched the X440 in the Indian market a few months ago in collaboration with the motorcycle giant Hero MotoCorp. The X440 has been received pretty well by the customers. Now, it is being said that Harley could be working on an even smaller motorcycle than the X440.
As per various media reports, Harley-Davidson could use a 210cc single-cylinder engine for its new motorcycle. It would be the same engine that Hero MotoCorp has slapped on in the recently launched Karizma XMR 210 in India. Since both these companies have a partnership, we wouldn’t be surprised to see the sharing of parts.
The 210cc engine on the Hero Karizma XMR produces 25 BHP of peak power and around 19 Nm of max torque.
If Harley does come up with a smaller motorcycle with this 210cc engine, we are expecting the model to borrow design cues from the X440.
