BMW has finally and officially revealed the 2024 BMW R 1300 GS. The latest iteration of the adventure motorcycle comes with a lot of changes compared to its predecessor. It is even lighter and more powerful than the model it has replaced.

2024 BMW R 1300 GS features a whole new look. Gone are the iconic asymmetric headlights that we are sure many loved. Now, BMW is offering a new LED headlight setup with Matrix LED technology that has been incorporated into a single projector unit. The X-shape DRLs add to the overall look. BMW is also providing a Headlight Pro upgrade that adds adaptive functionality.

The overall design and styling of the 2024 BMW R 1300 GS have been revised. The ADV now looks sleeker, compact and much more mature than before. There is a new steel sheet metal shell frame and die-cast aluminum subframe that is offers more stiffness and helps in weight reduction.

Powering the 2024 BMW R 1300 GS is the same boxer engine that has been worked upon. It has become bigger now at 1300cc and is mated to a new transmission. BMW is extracting 145 HP at 7,750 rpm and 149 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm from this motor.

The 2024 BMW R 1300 GS also features the new radar system which includes adaptive cruise control, front collision warning, and lane change warning. BMW has also introduced a new adaptive vehicle height control system that automatically lowers the seat height at slow speeds or when stopped.
