Abu Dhabi Police likes to keep its fleet of cars up to date. To give you an example, it has cars like McLarens, Bentleys, Lamborghinis, and even a freaking $3.4 million Lykan HyperSport! However, it wanted something smaller and lighter that offered more agility without compromising on performance. And, perhaps, that’s why Abu Dhabi Police added Ducati Panigale V4R in its force!
As per the reports, eight brand-new Panigale V4Rs painted in a cool blue and white colour scheme have been added to the Abu Dhabi Police’s fleet of vehicles. They could play a key role in hot pursuits as motorcycles can filter through traffic easily.
Powering the Panigale V4Rs is a 998cc V4 engine that churns out 221 horsepower in factory settings. Ducati also offers an Akrapovic slip-on exhaust that increases the power to 234 bhp. With all that power at disposal, the bike still weighs a mere 165.5kg!
Apart from brutal power, the Panigale V4R also features an extensive and sophisticated electronics package that includes features like cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, slide control, and a bi-directional quick-shifter.
