BMW Motorrad has gone full nostalgia-meets-performance to mark the 115th running of the iconic Isle of Man TT in 2026. The result? A strictly limited M 1000 RR Isle of Man TT Edition.

Just 115 units will ever exist, each based on the range-topping M 1000 RR in full M Competition trim minus the pillion setup, because this one’s all about focus. It’ll also make an appearance at this year’s TT, giving fans a chance to see it up close before the collectors snap them up.

What truly sets it apart is the detailing. Finished in a bespoke British Racing Green Uni Matt, the bike wears the Mountain Course on its fairings – left-hand corners mapped on the left, right-handers on the opposite side. Subtle? Not quite. Brilliant? Absolutely. Add in a carbon airbox cover with TT branding, Alcantara seat, black swingarm, and a satin chrome tank, and you’ve got a machine that screams exclusivity.

Each bike gets its own numbered top yoke and a certificate of authenticity, sealing its collector status. Mechanically, though, it’s unchanged, and that’s no bad thing. The 999cc ShiftCam inline-four still punches out a monstrous 214 bhp, backed by a razor-sharp chassis and electronics suite that includes slide control for controlled chaos on both entry and exit.
