Power comes from a 450cc fuel-injected, SOHC engine. It shares DNA with KTM’s SX-F motocross platform. A six-speed gearbox handles shifting duties. A Brembo hydraulic clutch ensures precision. Out back, a titanium Akrapovic exhaust keeps weight low and performance sharp.
The KTM 450 Rally Replica uses a chassis that is purpose-built. No double cradle here. Instead, you get a hydro-formed, laser-cut trellis frame. It’s designed for the perfect balance of stiffness and flex.
WP Pro suspension takes care of the rough stuff. Travel stands at 304mm front and 280mm rear. A massive 34.5-litre fuel capacity comes from three tanks.
