BMW Motorrad has unveiled the R 1300 R TITAN — a custom sprint machine crafted by a passionate in-house team. Combining design finesse with motorsport aggression, this one-off project showcases what happens when innovation meets obsession.

The TITAN takes the base R 1300 R and transforms it into a fierce, compact sprint racer. With a low-slung stance and aggressive styling, the bike’s monocoque body mimics a predator ready to pounce. The design flows from the sharp tank lines to the muscular air ducts, pushing visual weight forward to maximise launch traction.

Power comes from the same 1300cc boxer engine, now aided by a button-activated nitrous oxide system. The custom-built titanium Akrapovic exhaust system, developed in collaboration with the brand, enhances the bike’s roar while accentuating its racy silhouette.

A bespoke Wilbers chassis with an extended swingarm ensures the sprint-focused powertrain stays grounded. The forged carbon-fibre body contrasts beautifully with metallic blue accents, while race-spec components like the Magura HC3 brake lever and rear-set footpegs complete the setup.

The R 1300 R TITAN is more than just a sprint bike — it’s a showcase of BMW Motorrad’s design depth, technical prowess, and motorsport soul. Built not for mass production but for pure adrenaline, it stands as a bold testament to what BMW’s engineers can achieve when given full creative freedom.
