Ducati is gearing up to unleash the next-generation Monster on October 23, as part of the Ducati World Premiere 2026 series. A renowned name in the naked bike world, the Monster is set to evolve once again – this time with a sharper attitude, a new heart, and lighter bones.
The 2026 Ducati Monster is expected to pack an all-new 890cc V-twin engine, similar to what powers the Panigale V2, Streetfighter V2, and Multistrada V2. Output is likely to hover between 115hp and 120hp, marking a step up in both performance and efficiency.

Spy shots have already revealed revised styling – a larger, more muscular fuel tank that harks back to the classic Monster silhouette, and a new subframe aimed at cutting weight for sharper handling. Ducati has kept the round headlamp that defines every Monster while hinting at a fresh tail-light design with a glowing ‘M’ in its teaser.
The teaser also compares sketches of the new tank with the older one, confirming Ducati’s intent to revive the Monster’s raw streetfighter DNA while modernizing its design.
With its lightweight chassis, new engine, and familiar aggression, the upcoming Monster could redefine Ducati’s middleweight naked category once again. Full details should drop on October 23.
