Moto Morini has rolled out its latest mid-capacity ADV, the AllTrhike 450, and it’s gunning straight for the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and CFMoto 450MT. With pre-orders already open in Europe and deliveries expected by September, the Italian marque is clearly gearing up for a serious play in the lightweight adventure segment.

Built around a steel frame and rolling on a classic 21-18-inch spoked wheel combo, the AllTrhike 450 means business. It’s sprung by a fully adjustable KYB suspension setup – USD forks at the front offering a generous 208mm of travel, and a linkage-type monoshock at the rear with 190mm of play. Braking comes from single discs at both ends, backed by dual-channel ABS.

Powering the ADV is a 450cc liquid-cooled parallel twin pushing out 44.2bhp and 42Nm, right in the ballpark with its segment rivals. While the 190kg dry weight puts it on the heavier side, the 18.5-litre fuel tank should translate to solid touring range. With 215mm of ground clearance and an 840mm seat height, the bike is built to handle rough trails – though shorter riders might need a boost.

Features are minimal but thoughtful: traction control, nav system, USB port, and an adjustable windscreen. What truly sets it apart, though, is the radical bug-eyed front fascia, sharp beak fender, beefy radiator shrouds, and a purposeful tail rack that screams overlanding intent.
