For 2021, Moto Guzzi has made some profound changes in the V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber motorcycles. Both the models of the company’s V9 series have evolved drastically to increase comfort and overall riding experience. However, the most evident change has to be the implementation of the new 850cc engine.

Yes, that’s right. The 2021 models of the Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber will be powered by a new 850cc V-twin engine that has been derived from the motor that equips the V85 TT all-terrain bike. This mill has been tuned to produce 65 hp and 73 Nm. Other than that, both models feature ABS and switchable MGCT traction control system as standard.

The V9 Bobber has a new saddle with a minimalist look in-line with the bike’s philosophy. The aluminium side panels and the short front mudguard are also new. Moto Guzzi has also added a new digital instrument cluster and a full-LED lighting system that includes the brand-new headlight with DRL in the shape of the Mandello Eagle.

Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer is available in the unique Grigio Lunare colour scheme, which favours glossy colours for the mudguards, fuel tank and side panels in order to enhance the elegance of this model. Moto Guzzi V9 Bobber is available in the entirely matt finish Nero Essenziale colour scheme, which emphasises the dark and nocturnal spirit of the motorcycle, partly because of the absence of milling on the cylinder fins (present on V9 Roamer), which are, therefore, totally black.
