Harley-Davidson has introduced the 2025 Pan America ST, a sportier, road-biased version of its adventure tourer, featuring a 17-inch wheel setup for improved on-road handling.

Ditching the standard Pan America’s larger wheels, the ST rides on lightweight cast-aluminum rims wrapped in Michelin Scorcher Sport tires—sized 180/55R17 at the rear and 120/70R17 up front—optimized for smooth roads.

The ST also gets revised suspension, featuring Showa balance-free 47mm forks and a matching monoshock, both with electronic preload adjustment and manually adjustable compression and rebound. This setup, along with the smaller front wheel, lowers the center of gravity and seat height for enhanced stability.

Braking power comes from Brembo Monobloc radial four-piston calipers gripping 320mm discs at the front, while a single-piston Brembo caliper and 280mm rotor handle rear braking.

The ST retains the familiar 1252cc Revolution Max V-twin, producing 149bhp at 8750rpm and 123 Nm of torque at 6750rpm. It meets Euro5+ compliance while carrying over the base model’s frame, bodywork, and electronics. Features include cruise control, cornering ABS, phone connectivity with navigation via a 6.8-inch TFT, and a standard up/down quickshifter.

Expect the riding modes to be refined for road use, likely limited to Road, Sport, and Rain, with Off-Road settings removed. With its upgraded dynamics, the Pan America ST promises a more refined experience for riders who prefer the tarmac instead of the road less traveled.
