Triumph is expected to introduce Baja rally-inspired Triumph Tiger 900 Rally and GT models called the Aragón Edition. These motorcycles would be available in limited numbers and should make their debut this year itself.
Five-time Enduro World Champion Iván Cervantes, astride a Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro, took the 38th Baja España Aragón by storm on July 22-24, 2022. He not only dominated the Trail-class adventure bikes but also place 11th overall among the 75-rider field.
It’s not a surprise that Triumph might be working to introduce Aragón Editions of the Tiger 900 Rally and GT. Based on the latest reports, these models are expected to rock the same slate, silver, and High-Viz yellow livery that Cervantes’ Tiger 900 Rally Pro had.
Apart from the livery, expect the motorcycles to be loaded with multiple Triumph official accessories as standard thereby increasing their capabilities.
As for the engine, it is likely to remain unchanged – 888cc, inline 3-cylinder motor making 93.9 hp and 86 Nm of torque. While the 900 Rally would continue to rock its 21-inch front wheel setup, the GT should come with the same 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup.
