The Abu Dhabi Baja Challenge is set to conclude its 2nd season with the final round scheduled for 19 April 2025, in Al Ain. Organized by the Emirates Motorsports Organization (EMSO) and presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), this grassroots rally series has attracted both amateur and professional riders from across the globe.
The championship, which began on 12 October 2024, comprises 4 rounds designed to nurture local talent and provide a platform for emerging riders. The final stage promises intense competition as participants vie for top honors in the desert terrains of Al Ain. There are going to be 4 laps in this stage, and each lap is around 32 km long.
In a significant development, the ‘Get Out There’ racing team has announced its entry into the Abu Dhabi Baja Challenge. Riding for them is Karim Saad on his KTM EXC 500, who has been training for this stage for a couple of months and will use this experience to prepare for the next season. Known for promoting adventure riding in the UAE, the ‘Get Out There’ racing team’s participation underscores the growing interest in off-road motorsports within the region.
