Honda Africa Twin Adventure is one of those motorcycles with which you cannot go wrong. It is capable of taking you to places where finding a cellphone signal would be like finding a needle in a haystack. Now, there are media reports that suggest that the Honda Africa Twin Adventure models will be getting multiple updates for their MY2024.

The report says that Honda has submitted certification data in Switzerland for updated Africa Twin models and based on the info available, the company is looking to bring some changes to the Africa Twin Adventure Sports models, with both a manual or dual-clutch transmission.

The details reveal that the 2024 Honda Africa Twin Adventure would be powered by the same 1084 cc twin-cylinder engine that will pump out the same amount of power (101 HP) but higher torque. It would rise from 105 Nm to 112 Nm which would be generated lower in the rev range.

Apart from the engine, Honda would also make some tweaks to the dimensions. The wheelbase of the new model would be 5 mm shorter at 1570 mm than the current model. The overall length of the motorcycle would also come down by 25 mm. It is also being reported that the new models would become heavier by up to 3 kg.

There is no official confirmation from Honda regarding the aforementioned details and we don’t expect the company to reveal anything soon. Not until the EICMA at least.
