The world-renowned Italian motorcycle manufacturer, MV Agusta has teased the 2021 model of the Turismo Veloce. The updated version of the 3-cylinder sports tourer will be revealed on April 14.
The teaser image of the 2021 MV Agusta Turismo Veloce doesn’t give away many details. What we can infer from the picture is that the upcoming motorcycle would remain more or less the same, at least in terms of the design. However, MV Agusta might introduce a few new colourways and graphics to keep things fresh for MY2021.
As far as the engine is concerned, the 2021 MV Agusta Turismo Veloce is likely to be powered by the same 798cc inline 3-cylinder engine. However, some internal tweaks would be made to help this powerplant meet the latest and more stringent emission regulations. The liquid-cooled mill in the outgoing model used to produce 110 hp at 10,150 revs and 80 Nm at 7,100 revs.
We also don’t expect to see any revision in the suspension as well as the braking department of the upcoming 2021 MV Agusta Turismo Veloce. We would continue to get Marzocchi USD forks at the front with rebound-compression damping and spring preload external and separate adjustment. At the rear, there would be a progressive Sachs, single shock absorber with rebound and compression damping and spring preload adjustment. The stopping power would come from twin 320mm floating rotors up-front and a 220mm single rotor at the back.
