Yamaha has added a few new features to the MT-09 for the MY2024. The naked motorcycle, that’s super fun to ride, has received new styling, revised ergos, new tyres, and a bunch of other interesting and useful stuff.
To begin with, the 2024 Yamaha MT-09 comes with a redone front end. There is a new set of LEDs that definitely gives the motorcycle a refreshed look and is also more appealing. Other than that, Yamaha has also worked on the fuel tank and tail section to offer a slimmer and more neat look overall.
Another interesting update is the new 5-in TFT dash. It is a welcome addition. It is a full-colour unit that offers navigation and smartphone connectivity. The motorcycle also features cruise control as standard and comes with self-cancelling turn indicators.
Coming to the tyres, the new MT-09 is shodded with Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S23 rubber on 17-inch wheels. For the brakes, we have a new Brembo radial master cylinder, dual front discs, and ABS.
The 2024 Yamaha MT-09 is fitted with 41mm upside-down fully adjustable KYB front forks and an adjustable KYB shock with revised linkage settings at the rear.
