Triumph has dropped fresh excitement into its adventure lineup with the introduction of the Alpine and Desert Edition variants of the Tiger 900 and Tiger 1200. Built for riders who love exploring different territories – twisty mountain roads or rugged desert trails – these special editions offer premium features with bold new paint schemes and added equipment.
The Alpine Editions are based on the road-focused GT Pro trims, while the more adventure-ready Rally Pro models form the base for the Desert Editions. These new variants don’t just look the part – they pack real upgrades that’ll appeal to anyone who treats every ride like a chapter in an epic tour.
Tiger 1200 Alpine & Desert Editions
The Tiger 1200 GT Pro Alpine Edition gets two crisp colorways: Satin Crystal White & Matte Metallic Grey with Caspian Blue accents, or Ash Grey with Intense Orange. Both sport Alpine Edition badging and add notable upgrades like heated rider and pillion seats, plus radar-based Blind Spot Assist and Lane Change Assist – tech that long-distance riders will immediately appreciate.
The Tiger 1200 Rally Pro Desert Edition also gains heated seats and radar-powered safety aids. Riders get a choice between Satin Granite with Performance Yellow or Graphite, Crystal White & Red, each capped with a Desert Edition logo.
Tiger 900 Alpine & Desert Editions
The Tiger 900 GT Pro Alpine Edition comes exclusively in Snowdonia White and Sapphire Black with Aegean Blue highlights. It isn’t just paint deep – Triumph adds engine protection bars and an Akrapovic silencer, perfect for riders who want a bit more growl and long-haul protection.
Meanwhile, the Tiger 900 Rally Pro Desert Edition doubles down on toughness. It also gets the Akrapovic exhaust, but because the Rally Pro already includes engine bars, the Desert Edition adds extra tank protection bars to handle those rough desert drops and scrapes.
All four new Tigers will start landing in showrooms from January.
