Suzuki has made motorcycle touring easy for those who like to munch miles on the tarmac with its latest product called the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE Tour variant. As the name suggests, this motorcycle comes with features that would make touring for bikers hassle-free.

The primary thing that Suzuki has thrown in here is the inclusion of 112 litres of luggage space in the form of a hard case top box and a pair of panniers. This will allow people to carry much more luggage that too in an organised and safe way. It also enables carrying a pillion on those long-distance road trips.

It is clear that the V-Strom 800DE Tour Variant is based on the V-Strom 800DE, which is a much more capable adventure tourer and can handle off-road conditions as well.

As for the engine, the V-Strom 800DE Tour Variant draws power from a 776cc, parallel-twin, DOHC engine that makes 84 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 78 Nm at 6,800 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
