Honda has introduced a special edition XL750 Transalp SP, bringing a retro-flavoured twist to its popular adventure motorcycle as it enters the final phase of the 2025 model cycle. Available only in select markets and offered exclusively with a manual transmission, the SP will arrive at dealerships from January 2026, with limited units on sale until stocks run out.
The Transalp SP’s updates are purely cosmetic but immediately eye-catching. It features a retro-inspired decal kit with splashes of red and purple over a white base, along with an SP logo at the base of the 16.9-litre fuel tank, giving the bike an old-school adventure vibe.

Honda has also equipped the SP with a set of factory accessories aimed at riders who venture off-road. These include large engine guards, crash bars around the front end, and a bash plate beneath the 755cc parallel-twin engine for added protection over rocky terrain.

Mechanically, the SP remains unchanged from the outgoing 2025 Transalp lineup. Its introduction helps dealers transition toward the updated model showcased at EICMA 2024, which brings a key new feature: an E-Clutch variant. This technology allows riders to start and stop without operating the clutch lever — a convenience now also extended to the CB750 Hornet, which shares the same platform.
