The Suzuki GSX-S1000 is the Japanese brand’s flagship naked motorcycle. The model has been around for quite some time now. The last major update that it received was back in 2017 when Suzuki added a slipper clutch, made some cosmetic changes, and tweaked the engine. With the stricter Euro 5 emission norms kicking in, it was only a matter of time when Suzuki had to do something about the GSX-S1000. Well, now it has.
The new Suzuki GSX-S1000 teaser video has been released which gives us a few clues as to what the updated motorcycle would be about. For example, the GSX-S1000 would get an aesthetic makeover that would make the bike look more modern and in the game with the other litre-class naked motorcycles. We can also spot a totally redesigned headlamp that would come with 3 vertical LED units. The new Suzuki GSX-S1000 would also benefit from increased downforce with the help of winglets.
Apart from the aforementioned key elements of the new Suzuki GSX-S1000, the teaser video also reveals that the forthcoming motorcycle will be globally unveiled on April 26, 2021. With only a few weeks remaining, we are pretty excited about the new GSX-S1000. Are you?
