KLIM is redesigning the wildly popular Induction Jacket and introducing a new Induction Pro Jacket, broadening their hot-weather motorcycle jacket options in an exciting move for 2021. The Idaho-based company is excited to refine its summer mesh gear offerings for street and touring riders.
The redesigned Induction Jacket will continue setting the standard for mesh touring jackets, with ample airflow for hot weather and street-ready abrasion protection. KLIM has upgraded the Karbonite Mesh body fabric to increase flexibility and comfort while maintaining the legendary durability it became known for. Boasting a CE AA rating, the Induction Jacket is comparable to the redesigned women’s Avalon Jacket recently released for 2021, rounding out hot weather offerings for both men and women.
New for 2021 is the Induction Pro Jacket, built on the success of the Induction Jacket while boasting significant upgrades. In essence, the Induction Pro offers more of everything found in the redesigned Induction – more airflow with more extensive use of Karbonite Mesh, better impact protection with CE Level 2 D3O pads, and more abrasion resistance in key wear zones. The Induction Pro is also CE AA-rated and available starting in 2021.
Both new jackets feature strategically placed stretch panels to make them more flexible and comfortable. Bottom hem adjustments are a welcome feature for both jackets as well. Continuing on the crusade for comfort, KLIM also uses a new low profile collar design for these warm-weather jackets. All of KLIM’s mesh jackets can be layered with the Zephyr Wind Shirt or new Resilience Jacket for wind protection in chilly weather, or the Forecast Jacket for rain.
The new touring jackets from KLIM offer all-day comfort in summer conditions and street-ready protection for any ride. The Induction Jacket will be available in 4 colours – Cool Grey, Hi-Vis, Navy, and Black. It will cost USD 349.99 (AED 1,285). On the other hand, the Induction Pro Jacket is on the dearer side retailing at USD 479.99 which converts to AED 1,763). The new KLIM gear will be available for purchase from this month.
