Ducati has taken the wraps off the all-new XDiavel V4, a bold evolution of its power cruiser that ditches the traditional V-twin for the brand’s 1158cc Granturismo V4. With more power, reduced weight, and updated tech, this beast is set to shake up the segment when it hits dealerships in May 2025.

V4 Muscle and Chain Drive Upgrade

Replacing the 1262cc Testastretta V-twin, the new V4 churns out 166bhp and 126 Nm of torque, making it more potent than its predecessor. Interestingly, Ducati has also swapped the belt-drive system for a conventional chain, marking a major shift in design philosophy.

Revamped Chassis and Sharper Handling

Ducati has axed the old steel trellis frame in favor of a lightweight aluminum monocoque. Along with a new single-sided swingarm, redesigned subframe, and a weight drop of 6kg, the XDiavel V4 is now just 229kg (dry). The wheelbase grows slightly to 1620mm, while the caster angle is revised for improved agility.
