The BMW M 1000 RR was introduced in 2020. It was the brand’s first M motorcycle. Being the first model of the German company’s motorsport division, the M 1000 RR had to be special; fast and loaded with the latest, top-notch equipment. And it was.

Now, since BMW’s M division is celebrating its 50th anniversary, the company has come up with something even more special than the original M 1000 RR to mark this significant occasion – the BMW M 1000 RR 50 Years M Anniversary Edition.

With this motorcycle, you will get the M Carbon Package as standard which includes parts like M Endurance chain, an anodized aluminum rocker, carbon fenders, upper fairing side panels, tank covers and more.

The underpinnings of the BMW M 1000 RR 50 Years M Anniversary Edition remain identical to the original motorcycle. So there’s the 205 hp inline 4-cylinder engine capable of catapulting the bike from 0 – 100 kmph in just 3.1 seconds. The suspension, brakes, electronics, and other parts are similar as well.

What’s going to help differentiate the BMW M 1000 RR 50 Years M Anniversary Edition from the first M motorcycle is the Sao Paulo Yellow colour option. It’s certainly eye-catching and the BMW 50 Years M emblems make it even more special.
