The Triumph Rocket 3 needs no introduction. The motorcycle, with its massive 2.5-litre engine, has got the features and performance to send a chill down people’s spines. To dial things up a notch, Triumph has revealed the new Rocket 3 Black; as if the stock bike didn’t look sinister enough.
The new Triumph Rocket 3 Black is a limited edition model. The British company will make available only 1000 units worldwide. Each piece will come with a certificate of authenticity detailing the bike’s specific VIN. This makes the new motorcycle that much more appealing and desirable.
The new Triumph Rocket 3 Black features a total blacked-out theme which enhances its visual appeal and adds a meaner look. While the brand has used several blacked-out parts and components on this machine, some of our favourites include the black painted exhaust headers, black powder coater intake cover, brake and clutch levers, flyscreen, and alloy wheels.
Which blacked-out part of the new Triumph Rocket 3 Black do you think looks the best?
Changes to the new Rocket 3 Black are limited to its cosmetics. The motorcycle continues to draw power from the 2.5-litre, 3-pot engine that produces 167PS of max power at 6000rpm and 221Nm of peak torque at just 4000rpm. For the electronics, we have 4 riding modes, cornering ABS, traction control, hill hold control, cruise control, keyless ignition, and an IMU.
