KTM has lifted the covers off the 2026 450 Rally Replica, a purpose-built rally raid machine designed for hardcore privateers and pro teams. Limited to just 150 units globally, it’s crafted for RallyGP, Rally2, and Malle Moto competitors and draws directly from KTM’s Dakar-winning factory bikes.
Powered by a 450cc fuel-injected SOHC engine paired with a six-speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch, the bike is precision-built in Austria using feedback from Dakar champions like Toby Price, Kevin Benavides, and Daniel Sanders. It features a hand-welded chassis, WP suspension, 35-litre triple fuel tanks, a carbon navigation tower, and a rally-tuned cockpit designed for long stages.
Also revealed is the ultra-exclusive 450 Rally Replica Sanders Edition, limited to just five units to celebrate Daniel Sanders’ 2024 Dakar win.
