Harley-Davidson has refined the Sportster S for 2025, focusing on ride comfort with a longer-travel rear suspension. The updated piggyback monoshock now provides a 60% increase in rear wheel travel, though it still offers a modest 82mm of movement, meaning harsh bumps may still be felt.
The 43mm USD front forks remain unchanged with 92mm of travel, but both ends now feature full adjustability for better customization. The 17-inch front and 16-inch rear wheels, wrapped in Harley-branded Dunlop rubber, maintain the bike’s aggressive stance, while the low 765mm seat height ensures accessibility for riders of all sizes.
Powering the 2025 model is the familiar Revolution Max 1250 V-twin, delivering 120.7bhp at 7500rpm and 126 Nm at 6000rpm. The steel trellis chassis continues to use the engine as a stressed member for added rigidity.
The Sportster S is now available exclusively in black trim, with bodywork options in red, black, grey, or blue. It joins Harley’s refreshed 2025 lineup, including the new Pan America ST adventure bike with road-focused 17-inch wheels.
