The latest Street Triple is one of the best bikes to come out of Triumph’s factory. It’s a fantastic motorcycle with a sweet exhaust note and thrilling performance. But, like it’s said, there’s always room for improvement and perhaps that’s what Triumph is doing with its upcoming Street Triple.
Triumph has been testing the new Street Triple and the test mule has been spotted. We have a few spy shots.
The first and the most prominent thing that you’d notice in the test mule is the new headlights. They still come in a pair but are now sportier and more aggressive. Unlike the current model in which the headlights are literally coming out of the motorcycle, the new ones seem to be better aligned. They still have that bug-eyed impression but not as much as the current model.
We also see new LED DRLs on each headlight. They are slanting from the top towards the centre of the lights. Not sure how this is going to look in person. But for now, yeah, they look okay.

Moving on, the test mule has a humongous cat-con and it is also missing a proper muffler. This suggests that Triumph is gathering data about the emissions and most likely the new Street Triple is going to be Euro 5 compliant. We wish Triumph continue to provide Arrow exhaust systems for the new models.
That’s what we could figure out from the available spy pictures. Have a look at them and if you find something else let us know. As far as availability of the new Street Triple is concerned, we are expecting it to be showcased at this year’s EICMA show.
