MV Agusta is planning to showcase updated models of the Brutale 800 and Dragster 800 at the upcoming EICMA show in Milan. As per the latest reports, the Italian firm has taken into consideration its customers’ feedback about both the bikes and worked on giving a more useful low-end performance.
So the new Brutale 800 and Dragster 800 would have a more linear power delivery as compared to the instant and abrupt power delivery of the current models. It is most likely that to achieve this, MV Agusta would play around with the internal components of the inline 3-cylinder engine that will power these bikes. And thus, we are expecting the engine to be Euro 5 compliant.
Apart from the updated engine, MV Agusta would also rework on the electronic rider aids these bikes come equipped with. For example, the traction control system will undergo changes so that it is less intrusive.
MV Agust could also update the design and styling of both the bikes. Expect a revised front end for a more aggressive and sharper look.
