KTM is on its full pace to introduce as many new models as possible. Its latest product to see the light of the day was the 790 Duke. Now, new spy shots suggest that the Austrian motorcycle giant is testing is upcoming 1290 Adventure T.

As per the spy shots, the 1290 Adventure T seems to get a major overhaul in its design. KTM has used a lot of new body parts for testing. These are located at the front of the motorcycle. It can be figured out that this new body kit would make the 1290 Adventure T much more aerodynamically sound.

The headlight cowl has been made to change the direction of the air towards the side and away from the rider. Similarly, the extensive bodywork on either side of the motorcycle would direct the air away from the rider and pillion.

The new body kit is huge, and it makes the 1290 Adventure T almost a full-faired motorcycle. We also see a pair of panniers hanging at the back. We are assuming that would be offered under the accessories tag.

The ‘T’ series of KTMs are meant for touring. Their primary objective is touring, so they aren’t that good for off-road adventures. We are expecting KTM to reveal the 1290 Adventure T sometime during the next year.
