Triumph continues to charm us with its TFC models by unveiling its new Bobber TFC at EICMA 2019. It follows the same TFC guidelines that we have seen in the Triumph Thruxton TFC and Rocket TFC that the company revealed earlier this year.
Being a TFC model, the Bobber TFC looks fantastic. It shows off its blacked-out frame and swingarm along with the carbon fibre bodywork. We also like its colour schemes – carbon Black and Matt Carbon Black with silver foil Union Jack flag on the tack with gold pinstriping – which is quite unique.
Although the Bobber TFC has the same engine as its standard variant, Triumph has tinkered around a bit to extract a bit more out of it. So now it produces 13% more power, i.e., 9.9 bhp more which gives it a total power output of 85.8 bhp which is delivered at 3500 rpm. The torque figure here is 110 Nm that kicks in at 4000 rpm and is 4 Nm more than the standard variant.
Other interesting features include-
- Ohlins 43mm fully-adjustable front forks with adjustable Ohlins RSU
- Brembo brakes with Brembo radial master cylinder
- Arrow titanium silencers with carbon fibre tips
- New Sport riding mode
- All-LED lighting
- Leather seat with Triumph logo
- Single-pod instrument console gets TFC-branded dials
Oh, and by the way, Triumph is going to make only 750 units of this so if you want one, keep your eyes and ears open!
