Just when we thought motorcycle designs couldn’t get any more radical and dynamic, MV Agusta presented its spanking-new and mind-blowingly awesome-looking 2020 Brutale 1000 RR. And it is not just the looks that are gonna blow you up, it’s the power as well – 208 bhp!
MV Agusta has always left us speechless with its unique and out-of-this-world design and the new Brutale 1000 RR is no exception. It is based on the Limited-edition Brutale 100 Serie Oro that the company revealed last year.
Powering this beast is a 998cc, 4-pot engine that produces 208 bhp and 116 Nm of torque. It is the same engine that we have seen in the F4 RC Sportsbike. MV Agusta says that the new Brutale 1000 RR can easily cross the 300 km/h speed barrier and we don’t doubt it for a second! With that engine, it could indeed do that.
Not everyone is capable enough to handle all that firepower, that’s why MV Agusta added its set of electronics. With the Brutale 1000 RR, you get a bi-directional quickshifter, 8-level traction control, 4 riding modes, launch control, and whatnot. You will have to read through the manual to get used to it. All that electronics can be adjusted on the 5-in TFT dash.
MV Agusta Brutale 1000 RR would definitely make bikes like the Ducati Streetfighter V4, Kawasaki Z H2, and KTM 1290 Super Duke R something to worry about.
