Norton has confirmed that it will showcase its upcoming 650 Atlas in 2018 Nov at the NEX bike show in the UK. It also revealed the fact that this motorcycle is going to be priced very competitively.

Norton also released a couple of sketches of the 650 Atlas on its Facebook page. The bike carries a scrambler-like appearance and looks more like an homage to the popular 1963 Norton Scrambler.

The sketches also reveal that the 650 Atlas is expected to be equipped with USD forks at the front, a mono-shock at the rear, a high-raised handlebar, dual-disc setup for the front, and a single-disc at the rear. The 650 Atlas will be powered by a new 650cc, parallel-twin engine with a power output of around 70 to 100 bhp.

As of now, no more information about the bike has been revealed. Its deliveries are expected to commence in 2019. After launching the bike in the UK, Norton will slowly introduce it to the rest of the world. This bike, if priced right, could give a tough competition to the Royal Enfield 650 twins.
