Coming from the Company of the Leoncino, the 502 C is Benelli’s first 500cc urban cruiser. It has got a very unique look and features that make it an elegant ride. With a naked personality, Benelli is confident that the 502 C will turn many heads out on the city streets.
Powering this urban cruiser is a twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled, engine with DOHC setup. It generates 47 hp at 8500 rpm and 45 Nm at 5000 rpm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and comes with a wet multi-plate clutch. Riding this machine on the streets would be easy and fun as there is a lot of torque in the mid-range.
The riding position on the Benelli 502 C is upright and comfortable thanks to the forward-set footpegs and wide single-piece tube-type handlebar. Combine this feature with a 21-litre fuel tank and you can cruise long distances with ease without taking too many fuel stops.
Since the 502 C has the Trellis frame, we are expecting it to have maximum agility and control. Also, the USD 41mm front fork with 125mm of travel and a central mono-shock at the rear with adjustable spring preload work hard to enhance the handling of the bike. The braking comes from dual 260mm disc brakes at the front and a single 240mm disc at the rear.

One thing that sets the Benelli 502 C apart from other bikes is its front look. The unique headlamp design along with the LED DRLs give the bike an alien-like appearance. Also, we like the dual barrel exhaust is something that we don’t actually see that often in this category. And just like other Benelli bikes, this one too sounds super sweet. However, the overall stance of the 502 C is somewhat like a combination of a Ducati Diavel and Ducati Monster.
