As if the Honda Africa Twin wasn’t enough to woo the adventure crowd, Honda released this latest video for its upcoming City Adventure scooter. Looks like Honda are all set to create a all new segment of adventure riding.
Honda will release this City Adventure scooter as a part of it’s 2017 lineup and while I’m certain that this won’t make it to the UAE showroom in a hurry, having a few to test the waters will be beneficial for the local dealer.
The Honda ADV was first revealed as a concept at Eicma 2015 and is based on the same platform as the NC750X and big-wheel Integra scooter, using the same 54hp 745cc parallel twin engine and a similar chassis. It looks like cross between the two – an Integra that can go anywhere thanks to longer travel USD forks and dual purpose tyres. It also sports wire-spoke wheels, hand guards, a new longer swingarm and more ground clearance than the Integra.
