MCN has just published what is the heavily updated KTM 1190 Adventure for 2017. The new 1190 Adventure will feature the same 1195cc engine but this is the first time the all-new fairing, larger windscreen and new LED lights have been clearly visible. Noticeably the spy shots show that biggest change on the 2017 KTM 1190 Adventure, which is the front fascia. The headlight is split into two halves by a central, vertical strip which may double as an air-intake.

The tank will be the same 23-litre from the current version but the side panels show a different design that carry revised air intakes.

There also appears to be a completely new version for the 1190 family. It will feature a 17-inch rear wheel and 19-inch front wheel borrowed from the 1050 Adventure and hinting at a more road-focused bias compared to the Adventure and Adventure R.

For those looking for a serious off-road ability, one of the other bikes is spotted running on spoked wheels with the larger 21-inch front wheel size. The third spy photo shows a top-spec 1190 Adventure R model, aimed at riders wanting serious off-road ability.

These models will most likely be displayed at Intermot show in Cologne this October.
